At Effemme & Co., each Mini Companion is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

unused and in its original condition
in its original packaging
accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

used items
items without original packaging
sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change your item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return your item within 14 days, without providing a reason, as long as it meets the return conditions above.
